Kenneth Gregory

For over seven years, Hon. Kenneth L. Gregory has been appointed as a Commissioner/Judge Pro Tempore to the Mohave County Superior Court. He seeks election to the seat of Superior Court Judge – Division 7, which is opening due to the retirement of Hon. Rick Lambert.

A twenty-two year resident of Mohave County, Ken resides in Bullhead City with his wife, Claire, and son, Weston. Prior to his appointment as a court commissioner, Ken was in private practice for thirteen years and established a successful law practice which served clients throughout Mohave County in a variety of legal matters, including business, real estate and civil litigation. During his years in private practice Ken served as President of the Mohave County Bar Association and President of the Bullhead City Rotary Club.

As an appointed judge, Ken has handled a variety of dockets for the Superior Court and has served in the role as both the presiding civil and family court judge. He also became the first judge in Arizona to preside over a fully remote jury trial, proving that vital court services can be delivered to our communities in the midst of a pandemic. This accomplishment by the Mohave County Superior Court received statewide recognition.

Ken attended the prestigious Rutgers Law School where he was elected as the chapter President of the conservative Federalist Society. He is committed to the rule of law, which he believes provides a framework for the vast achievements and quality of life enjoyed by American citizens, which is unparalleled in human history.
