David Rose is a conservative pastor, public servant, and community leader running to represent Legislative District 30 in the Arizona House of Representatives. A strong advocate for faith, family, and freedom, David is committed to fighting for the values that matter most to rural Arizonans.
David is an ordained pastor with 13 years of ministry experience, including nearly a decade as a Lead Pastor. He currently serves as Lead Pastor of Restoration Hope Church in Lake Havasu City—a growing congregation he and his wife Crystal planted in 2020. His leadership in ministry reflects his deep belief in service, integrity, and putting others first.
In addition to his pastoral work, David serves as the President of the Lake Havasu Unified School District Governing Board, where he has earned a reputation as a bold reformer. Under his leadership, the district became the first in the nation to ban DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) from official policy, and the first to eliminate food dyes and harsh chemicals from school lunches, putting student health and academic excellence above political trends.
David also serves nationally as one of the Pastors on the National Faith Advisory Board, where he advises national leaders on issues of religious liberty and faith-based policy, working to protect constitutional freedoms and ensure the voice of the faith community is heard at the highest levels.
